Summary

As a Lead Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our offshore projects. You will collaborate with employees of different nationalities and disciplines and you will be located in our Breda offices. We are currently looking for and experienced Lead Engineer who can manage (large) offshore cable installation projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background. Together we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.

To support its expanding activities in Egypt, DEME Concessions is looking to strengthen its team with a Junior Project Engineer. As Junior Project Engineer located in Cairo you support all project planning and development activities including strategy building, multi-disciplinary alignment, financial planning, economic modeling, and relationship building with all stakeholders in including: potential partners, suppliers, contractors, financiers, and regulators. Once project execution begins, you would analyze and monitor project execution according to the planning, identify risks and opportunities, report on progress and review, advise/make suggestions for optimization, and modify existing reporting and/or planning tools and working methodologies if necessary, in line with contractual requirements, in order to optimize and contribute to an optimal realization of project objectives.

Trencher Supervisor on board

Our Dredging and Offshore vessels are highly technological equipment. The Trencher Supervisor is responsible on his/her shift to supervise and to instruct his/her team, the Cable Burial Tool operators, Riggers and assisting Engineers in performing all duties necessary for the safe cable burial operation as well as ensuring that the activities are conducted according to the task plans and procedures.
